Where We Develop
Our focus is on the Northeast United States and France.
Both regions have an extraordinary abundance of historic homes, farmhouses and country properties, shaped by generations of architecture, craftsmanship and local building traditions.
We love these houses and the environments in which they sit. Their character, materials, proportions, history and landscapes provide the ingredients for something exceptional.
We see enormous potential in preserving what makes them special while introducing contemporary comfort, thoughtful design and authentic European materials and craftsmanship.
How We Develop
ENJOIE is a developer first, general contractor second.
We are product- and concept-led, not simply a service provider. We take responsibility for the vision and the finished home.
We identify and acquire properties with exceptional potential, independently or alongside investment partners. In some cases, our investment partner may also be the eventual owner of the home.
We bring together architecture, design, engineering, construction, European fabrication, materials and craftsmanship, controlling the development process from concept to completion.
We also collaborate with property owners who share our vision and want ENJOIE to lead the transformation of their home.
Whether we develop for our own account, alongside investors or for a future owner, our approach remains the same: one coherent vision and responsibility for the finished product.
