Your Home in France
We create second homes in France for American buyers, combining authentic French design and craftsmanship with American expectations of comfort, quality and professional accountability.
From finding the right property to transforming it into a home you'll love, we bring the vision, local knowledge and construction expertise together.
What We Create
Homes to enjoy and to share. Places people look forward to returning to. To cook, gather, entertain, retreat, recharge and spend time with family and friends.
We are drawn to old farmhouses & country homes with history, character and a genuine sense of place. The mountains, the sea, the historical “Centre Ville”.
We preserve what makes them special—the architecture, original materials, proportions and craftsmanship—while introducing the comfort, functionality and thoughtful details that make contemporary living effortless.
The result is a home that feels unmistakably French, yet entirely natural to live in.
Why ENJOIE
European roots. International experience. A shared vision.
ENJOIE brings together two very different but complementary backgrounds.
Kris spent much of his career in international banking and real estate finance, working across Europe, Asia and the United States. Today, as a fully licensed California General Building Contractor, he combines that financial and development experience with hands-on construction knowledge and an understanding of American standards, expectations and accountability.
Marina brings the creative vision. Her eye for design, materials and the details that give a home its character is complemented by her relationships with European craftspeople, workshops and manufacturers.
Together, we combine financial discipline, technical expertise and creative instinct with a shared passion for old buildings, authentic materials and beautiful places.
Our own journey restoring a 200-year-old farmhouse in the French Alps taught us firsthand how to navigate the complexities of developing a home in France—and how rewarding the result can be.
We understand what makes French homes extraordinary, and what American buyers expect when creating a home abroad.
Our role is to bring those worlds together.
How We Work
Two ways to make your home in France a reality.
Discover an ENJOIE home
We identify and acquire distinctive properties with exceptional potential, then transform them into fully realized second homes.
Each home reflects our philosophy of residential hospitality, combining authentic European craftsmanship, contemporary comfort and a distinctive sense of place.
Our homes are developed with a clear vision and offered for sale to buyers who share our appreciation for the French way of life.
Create your own ENJOIE home
Already own a property in France, or have a particular location in mind?
We can work alongside you to identify, plan and transform a property into the home you've imagined.
From architecture and engineering to local craftsmen, specialist materials and construction coordination, we bring together the people and expertise needed to realize a coherent vision.
In either case, we take responsibility for the development process, with the same attention to quality, craftsmanship and the finished home.
More Than a Second Home
A lifestyle choice. A financial decision. And sometimes, simply common sense.
We believe owning a home in France can be one of those rare decisions that makes sense both emotionally and financially.
For Americans who love spending time in Europe, a second home offers something different from a holiday. A place to return to, to spend longer periods of time, to welcome family and friends, and to become part of a community rather than simply visit it.
France offers an extraordinary combination of culture, gastronomy, landscapes, architecture and quality of life. And beyond the well-known destinations, there are still remarkable properties with history, character and potential.
We are particularly drawn to homes whose qualities cannot easily be recreated: centuries-old stonework, original craftsmanship, beautiful proportions, mature gardens and exceptional settings.
With thoughtful renovation and the right investment discipline, these properties can offer more than personal enjoyment. They can become lasting assets, with the potential for long-term appreciation and, where appropriate, rental income.
Of course, not every property is a good investment. Location, acquisition price, renovation costs, ongoing expenses and eventual resale all matter.
We know this because we've made that choice ourselves.
For us, the appeal has always been the combination: a home that enriches the way you live, while making financial sense over the long term.
