FIRENZE
Firenze 7721 is the transformation of an existing Hollywood Hills residence into a highly personal three-bedroom home. Rather than replacing what is there, the project begins with the existing structure — reconsidering its proportions, circulation, light and relationship between spaces to create a home that feels more generous, coherent and considered.
The intervention is substantial: structural changes, a reworked roofline, new openings, entirely renewed building systems, kitchen and bathrooms, and a new material language throughout. Custom millwork, natural stone, plaster, metalwork and carefully sourced European elements bring craft and permanence to the interior.
ENJOIE leads the project from development and design coordination through permitting and construction, bringing together architects, designers, engineers, craftspeople and specialist trades around a single vision.
The objective isn't to make the house feel new. It's to make it feel as though it should always have been this way.

THE FARMHOUSE
A 200-year-old Alpine farmhouse, restored for another generation.
Set in the French Alps near Alpe d’Huez, the farmhouse is one of the properties that shaped ENJOIE. What began as the restoration of an old mountain home became an exploration of how we want to live — preserving history and imperfection while introducing the comfort, light and functionality of a contemporary home.
Original stone, timber and the character accumulated over two centuries were retained wherever possible and combined with natural materials, European craftsmanship and modern building systems. The result is deliberately not polished or new. It is a house that still belongs to the mountains, but works for the way we live today.
More than a development project, the farmhouse became a place for gathering — for family, friends and guests — and ultimately helped define what ENJOIE means to us.

HUIS 159
A historic Antwerp home, reimagined around a new way of living and working.
Huis 159 transforms a character-rich Antwerp property into a boutique co-living environment and creative entrepreneurial hub — bringing together private living, shared spaces and places to work, meet and create.
Rather than maximizing the number of units, the project is centered on the quality of the experience: preserving the architecture and identity of the building while creating spaces that encourage interaction, exchange and community.
Original character is combined with contemporary infrastructure, thoughtful design and enduring materials to give the building a new purpose without erasing its past.
The idea is simple: preserve a remarkable building, then give people a reason to share it.

CANTECROY

Centuries of history, given a new economic life.
Kasteel Cantecroy is one of the historic castle estates of the Antwerp region, with a history extending back more than seven centuries and connections to some of the most consequential figures in European history.
The redevelopment transformed the historic estate into a mixed-use destination centered around 55 serviced residences, complemented by wellness, hospitality, dining and spaces for meetings, events and gatherings.
The challenge was not simply to restore a castle, but to give it a viable contemporary purpose — introducing new uses and modern infrastructure while preserving the architecture, atmosphere and historical identity that made the property irreplaceable.
Cantecroy became an early expression of a principle that continues to define us: preservation works best when remarkable buildings are given a reason to live on.
