ENJOIE grew from renovating our own properties before taking on projects for others. That builder-owner perspective still guides everything we do.
Kris leads construction and execution as a licensed California General Building Contractor (CSLB #1157250), bringing an owner’s discipline to what we preserve, where we intervene and where investment creates lasting value.
Marina leads the creative vision and sourcing, bringing together materials, objects and craftspeople — often discovered through our European network — that give each home its individual character.
Together, we bridge the practical and the emotional: how a home is built, how it works, and ultimately how it feels.
Some things can't be manufactured — only found, or made by hand.
We draw on a network of European craftspeople, ateliers and manufacturers to source and create the elements that give a home its character — stone, millwork, plaster, metal, glass, hardware, fixtures and one-of-a-kind pieces.
Some are old. Some are made specifically for a project. What matters is that they feel authentic to the house and are made to last.
Sourcing & Materials
Marina leads the creative vision across our projects — from the way spaces relate to one another to the materials, objects, textures and details that give them their identity.
Her approach is instinctive rather than formulaic. Light, proportion, texture, patina and the unexpected matter as much as any individual piece.
The objective isn't to decorate a house. It's to create somewhere people want to be.

ENJOIE began as a builder-owner — acquiring existing homes, recognizing what they could become, and investing in their transformation.
We continue to develop properties ourselves and alongside investment partners, applying the same approach we bring to our renovations: preserve what has value, rethink what doesn't, and create something designed to endure.
