We work primarily across Southern California, Upstate New York and the New England region, and - of course - France.

These are our home markets because they are places we know — we have lived in them, owned and developed property in them, and understand how homes are built, renovated and lived in there.

But we don't define our work by geography.

Residential construction is traditionally a very local business. We take a different approach. We specialize in a particular kind of property and transformation — distinctive older homes where architecture, craftsmanship and materials matter.

Our expertise travels. We begin by understanding the house itself and what it can become. We speak the language of the house, not just the market.

And when the right property takes us beyond our three home markets, we're happy to follow it.
