We create homes people don’t need, but deeply want.
#residentialhospitality
Homes to enjoy and to share.
ENJOIE is a residential hospitality development and lifestyle concept focused on second homes and lifestyle-driven properties.
Places people look forward to going to. To reconnect with themselves and with each other. To cook, gather, entertain, retreat, recharge and spend time with family and friends.
We transform existing properties, working primarily with European materials, craftsmanship and fabrication.

Design & Build
We transform places into residential hospitality homes.
We are passionate about restoring old homes, collecting things with stories, and creating spaces where people want to stay a little longer.
We believe a home should be more than beautiful. It should feel lived in. It should bring people together. And the materials, objects and imperfections that give it character should become better with time.
The name ENJOIE is a play on enjoy and the French joie — joy. It captures something very simple that has always guided us: create places that make life more enjoyable.
What began with our own homes has become what we do for others.
