The Farmhouse, the French Alps
In 2020 we discovered this 200yo historic farmhouse just outside of a bustling ski resort and cycling hotspot of Alpe d’Huez.
Surrounded by nature and unobstructed mountain views, we understood the unique setting and a call for renovation and preservation in a region where tourism drives speed and convenience, we opted for slow, authenticity and sustainability.
Castle Cantecroy, Antwerp - Belgium
Castle Cantecroy is just outside of the city of Antwerp. Believe it or not, it was a single family home until the owner passed away at the beginning of the century.
The castle became subject of profit schemes run by traditional real estate developers and got into a bankruptcy procedure. Which is when we acquired it and redeveloped this historic building once the home of Albert Einstein before his journey to America.
52 high end apartments, a wellness center, a convention center and a renowned restaurant are the occupants today.
we sold the castle in 2014 to an institutional investor.
Huis 159, Antwerp - Belgium
This historic brownstone is currently being redeveloped to a co-living / creative studio for international creators and entrepreneurs who want to immerse in the Antwerp eco-system of industry, with art, academics and amazing food.
